Maximum 15 overnight guests. The primary guest must be at least 25 and remain on site.
No unapproved visitors, parties, celebrations, vendors, commercial activity, or events.
Maximum five vehicles unless the operator approves more in writing.
Respect quiet hours, neighbors, parking instructions, and all local laws.
No smoking or vaping indoors. No illegal drugs or unlawful activity.
Pets require written approval. Clean up pet waste and prevent noise or damage.
Children require direct adult supervision around the lake, dock, decks, hot tub, sauna, fire features, and watercraft.
Use life jackets and legally required safety equipment. No lifeguard is provided.
Follow posted instructions for the grill, fireplace, hot tub, sauna, dock, appliances, and outdoor equipment.
Report damage, hazards, or service failures promptly. Do not move furniture or disable safety devices.
Exterior security devices may monitor entrances, parking, and outdoor areas. Never tamper with them.
Leave the property reasonably clean, secure doors and windows, and check out by 11:00 AM Pacific.
