Strict Cancellation Policy

Plain language summary
You may cancel within 48 hours after booking for a full refund only when cancellation occurs at least 30 calendar days before check in. After that grace period, payments are nonrefundable.
Rebooked dates
If the property is successfully rebooked, the operator may issue a discretionary refund based on the amount actually recovered, less a $150 administration fee and nonrecoverable payment processing costs.
Fees and authorizations
When the stay does not occur, unused cleaning fees and refundable damage authorizations will be returned unless the guest caused damage or extraordinary expense.
Date changes
A requested date change is treated as a cancellation unless approved in writing by the operator.
No refund circumstances
No refund is provided for late arrival, early departure, weather, smoke, road conditions, illness, travel interruption, utility interruption outside the operator's reasonable control, or conditions accurately disclosed before booking.
Owner cancellation
If the operator cancels because the property becomes legally or physically unavailable, the operator will refund amounts collected for the canceled stay. Additional compensation is not promised unless required by law.
Travel insurance
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase independent travel insurance. Any exception must be approved by the operator in writing.
