Plan for the people, not only the headcount
Assign bedrooms before arrival, coordinate parking, select one grocery lead and confirm any mobility or child-safety needs. A clear plan gives the group more time to enjoy the lake.
Approval comes before invitations
Do not invite daytime visitors or hire vendors until the attendance, schedule, parking and house-rule plan has been approved. The property remains a residential vacation rental, not an unrestricted event facility.

Up to 25 total attendees may be considered with advance approval, while overnight occupancy remains limited to 15.
